Hiking The Jebel Toubkal Challenge 4,167m - Morocco 2014 public

The Ultimate Weekend Adventure. Fly into Marrakech to link up with your guide and then drive across the Moroccan plains to the foothills of the Atlas Mountains and the trial head at Imlil - 1740m. Trek from Imlil up to the Neltner Refuge - 3207m. Summit Jebel Toubkal - 4167m in the early morning. Hike back down to the refuge and back out to the trail head at Imlil then onward back to Marrakech.

Day 2 - The trek back from the Neltner Refuge at 3207m to the trailhead at Imlil at 1,740m.

Day 2 - The big one! Climbing up from base camp at the Neltner Refuge at 3207m to the summit of Jebel Toubkal at 4167m and back down again safely to the refuge.

Beacons: 193 | Distance: 3.7 miles | Height Gain: 3,363 ft
