Ravenglass start then a wander over some lonely peaks on route to Devoke water,take note some very tough ground in places.Camp above Devoke then up over the peaks both sides of the Birker road then down via Stanley gill falls.Forest and valley tracks,with a long water carry to camp the 2nd night on Muncaster fell,then back to train in the morning
